Our care staff has cumulatively over 200+ years caring for Alzheimer’s, the related dementias and chronic illnesses. It requires a very special set of skills combined with patience and empathy to properly care for our residents’ needs 24/7 and to be on call to visit loved ones in their private home, and to create the confidence and security their family desires. We are fortunate to have the ability to recruit and keep many of the most respected professional caregivers in the field. People with the temperament, organizational skills, gentleness, kind hearts and desire to continually give to others in a loving manner.
The average number of years of employment with us is six years and half our employees have been with us 10 years or more. We pay well, offer healthcare insurance to every full-time employee at no charge and are very generous with paid time off.
